We ship our food in temperature-controlled, vacuum-sealed, thermal-insulated bags. Additionally, all bags are filled with dry ice, so by the time you receive your food, the ice evaporates and everything is still fresh. Don’t forget to refrigerate the food when you receive it. When you’re ready to enjoy your meal, just pop it in the oven or microwave. Enjoy! We use the same shipping and packing material as Blue Apron and Hello Fresh.
